I have been renting from Enterprise for years  for my business and never had a problem until I came to this location.  I will never use Enterprise again the girl that works there is rude and then hrs after I turn the car back in she files a damage claim when there was no damage done. I will now switch all my business and rent from any company out of wilmington.  The sorry excuse of a district manager couldn’t even call me back after I called him to talk about the situation.  You are better off to stay far away from this location along with any location that this franchise owns.

We've had a van reserved for a few weeks. We called yesterday to confirm, and they said the van was there.

We received a call this morning, letting us know the van was upgraded to a 15 passenger van at no charge. Then when we picked it up, we were informed that it was recalled, so he'd be unable to let us use this.

We were then told there was one in Wallace, NC we could pick up (about an hour away). 

We called them and they told us it was not there.

We called all the Enterprise's in Wilmington, NC until we could locate the one with our vehicle.

What a waste of three hours.

I made reservations one week in advance and when I went to pick the car up they told me they had no cars to rent nor did they contact me to inform me of the situation. Absolutely unacceptable! This has been a horrible experience and I recommend renting from anywhere else. Rent from somewhere that has actual cars to rent. Not Southport Enterprise. They also lied and said they didn't have my contact information. You have to have a contact number to make the reservation. Very disappointed.
