Rented a budget car, returned it in good order, car was looked over, there were no complaints. A month later we received a demand letter for over $1,000, no details. Contacted Budget and requested details and photos. Two weeks have passed, no response.We will never rent from the Budget group (Avis, Payless) again.

This is the worst company for rental cars in existance. Even if it is cheaper DO NOT RESERVE A CAR. You will get a dirty car that has all types of cosmetic damage as well as not even a full tank of gas, but they expect you bring it back full. Customer service is some outsourced company out of the USA that does absolutely nothing to assist a customer in need. I am reporting Budget to the BBB and will continue to leave bad reviews and complaints untill I am refunded 100% from this terrible company with terrible standards. This is not how buisness works and what they are trying to do to me is boarderline illegal.

When I went to pick up my car I was in and out in about 3 minutes. The attendant was very friendly and answered all my questions. The car was clean and ran great. The return process was just as quick and just as friendly. I'll be budgeting again.

I rented a car from Budget on Expedia.  Got there and the car type I rented was out of stock.  They charged me more to upgrade, when I didn't want to, but needed the car that day.  Then on return, I filled up.  The next day i get an $85 dollar charge for gas.  Now in a fight with them to get my money back.  Deceptive practices.
