We have rented from Enterprise several times over the years and have always had positive experiences. With our most recent experience, we received another car after being told ours was not available. The car we received was in need of cleaning, which my wife and I did prior to loading it for our trip. I called and spoke with a representative and requested a notation be placed in our account. When we returned the car, the representative agreed to not only reimburse us for the car wash, but also agreed to an additional amount I requested being taken off our account. There were several sincere apologies and my wife and I will continue to use their services in the future. Even though the overall experience started in a negative manner, the representative provided excellent customer service and ensured we were happy before we left.
My husband and I rented a vehicle for our family vacation like we do every year and I always make the reservation a couple months in advance so it gives the location we are renting from time to get the vehicle we need but this year was a nightmare!! Usually at any other location we have rented from we always get a call to confirm our reservation and we tell the staff exactly what we need to make sure they have something there BEFORE our reservation date! This location had my reservation completely messed up I asked for a standard to full size SUV a standard with 3 rows or a full when we arrived they gave us a COMPACT SUV instead and was unable to rent ANYTHING else to us when we asked for the vehicle size we actually reserved we ended up having to put the seats all the way down jus to fit our luggage and children in the back driving 16 hours in the back cramped up was not my kids greatest adventure and they complained the whole ride not our greatest adventure either as parents I would highly recommend not using this location the one down the street in Amelia is the closest to this location I’d suggest using that one instead! Picture shows how crowded my children were the 16 hour drive to Miami and the 16 hours back!! Side note: The ONLY reason we took the vehicle was because it was paid for BEFORE actually seeing the vehicle and our apartment reservation was also paid in full n if we didn’t leave that day we wouldn’t of made it to our reservations in Miami when we needed to we sat at this location for almost 2 hours calling every other location within 200 miles of this location NO ONE HAD ANYTHING WITH 3 ROWS at the very least this location should add some of our money back with our deposit when we drop it off tomorrow but nothing was even offered as an apology or anything the guy basically said you get what you get just didn’t use those words specifically
Had a great rental experience. Started out needing to rent a car for 4-5 days, but turned into 11 days. Just had to call location I rented from to extend my rental agreement. Thanks Enterprise for taking the hassle out of the equation; a phone call made things a lot simpler. And the price stayed within the quote!
Had to get a rental for a few weeks following an accident. Brittany, Buddy and the team at this location were amazing! From a quick delivery, to great follow up, I could not have asked for a better experience! Highly recommend this location/team! Thanks for such outstanding customer service!!
Dave and Brittany were outstanding and super helpful. Picked me up without an issue. Very pleasant and did everything with a smile. Super job!!!! Another PHENOMENAL experience renting a car for the weekend. This will be the only place i rent from, from here on out. THANK YOU Buddy!!!!!!!!

0 Stars if possible. The whole saga started when the person doing the inspection refused to write down damage I had pointed out despite being asked to, calling it "just normal wear and tear" This part will be important later. Later, after I had dropped off my car, I got the old "ohhh what are all these scratches from?" And before even saying anything about the process or offering an estimate or anything like that, the next question was ".....so how are you going to pay for this?" When I called Enterprise's people, two people transferred me twice to the guy who they thought sounded the most intimidating. He tried the "gotcha" tactics when I relayed the story: "Well, why didn't you MAKE SURE the associate noted the damage before you signed it?" "Well, why didn't document the state of your car when you turned it in?" He refused to file a dispute on my behalf, and basically threatened me by saying "you will be pursued until this is claim is closed." If you like being preyed upon in your most vulnerable moments, then I highly recommend Enterprise. An absolute soulless organization that represents the worst in mankind
The folks at this location are truly fantastic. they consistently provide outstanding customer service are quick to be helpful and go out of their way to deliver a white glove experience every time. this location has proven to be far better than many of the other locations. I highly recommend.
The service is always excellent at this Enterprise location. They always make sure that we have what we need and are satisfied before we leave. They're also happy to honor our requests for upgrades if they're available. On this trip, the back windows didn't work properly, so $40 was taken off of our bill for the inconvenience. While Enterprise doesn't always have the best price, we've never been disappointed in their service!
Well done Marisa and crew. Used this branch when my vehicle was getting worked on. They set me up with everything i needed with the insurance company and accommodated me dropping the car off for return at the shop doing the repairs on my vehicle. Courteous and professional experience! Recommend then if you have the need.
