The staff and facility at the Enterprise in Skokie, Illinois off Skokie Blvd. is awesome.They promptly pick you up from home and drop you off when the rental is complete. The staff is always pleasant and conversational. They help the sometimes cumbersome task of renting a car become pleasant and effortless.

the pick up and drop off were super quick and easy.  Friendly and accommodating   The car we reserved wasn't available so we got a free upgrade just like that.  Would definitely use them again.

Reserved a car online and we were in and out in under ten minutes.  Everyone there was super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend renting from this Enterprise!

After 10 years of doing business there I’m definitely disappointed in the way I was treated today. The branch manger Cameron Pierce has by far the rudest customer service I’ve ever experienced. He referred to me as you people and  insinuated that I would take the car go have an accident and not have insurance to cover it within 1 minuet of me walking through the door. Odd how he gather that within seconds and then to top it off said you people.

Like I said I’ve never been treated so poorly.
I’ve done business at the location for years but never again. Truly disappointed and to make matter even worse he thought the fact that I was offended was funny, he stood there laughing with his hands on top of his head. No respect for customer service! I’m sure nothing will happen to him but this situation made me feel awful.

very disappointed with my rental a Kia sonata mini van which I picked up yesterday. the vehicle has a huge oil leak and im suppose to head out to Florida tomorrow. I contacted the manager right and explained my situation. He explained that he didnt have anything he could switch me out for this kia sonata that obviously has a mechanical issue. he was going to call me back after he figure out what to give me. he never did so i called back later on the day and spoke to another manager (LIAM) and explained my situation once again. He wasnt giving me much help either and was suppose to call me back before 6pm today and never did. I called customer service and they suggested to go to enterprise on midway airport (near my home) they didnt have nothing available for me to switch out for. im very overwhelmed with this problem because im running out of time before my trip! the staff at this interprise are no help and mike (employee) was not helpful at all. worse enterprise experience ever!
