Great place. Great Selection. Competitive Prices. Staff is super nice and gives 100% awesome Customer Service. I was skeptical in using Advantage but I'm so glad I did. Karl went above and beyond in making sure I , the customer was fully satisfied. Advantage is definitely my first choice when needing to rent a car.

Horrible horrible! Had a reservation weeks in advance showing unlimited miles. When we got there and they saw we were from near by they say we had a miles cap on our rental because we were local.....what! We didn't want the car for local, we needed it to drive over 300 miles each way and didn't want to put the miles in our car. They wouldn't budge (plus wanted to charge us more for the extra driver over 25yrs). Felt like they were trying to keep adding extra charges. Didn't get the rental from them and will NEVER go there or recommend them to anyone. Dishonest!

Car was brand new, staff was slow and disorganized. Computer software issue caused them to incorrectly charge me more for my rental. Was told that they will adjust it later, never happened. Lot attendants were smoking when we approached them and didn’t stop. Got pulled over for lack of view of the Florida temp tag, didn’t have a copy of registration. That was interesting...Off airport location is a bit inconvenient. The shuttle driver drove fast and didn’t help with bags. We will pick an on-site location next time

We we're surprised at how great our rental experience was. Our counter agent suggested that we upgrade to a 4WD car for about $40 extra and we're so glad that we did because we wouldn't have made it to Alta ski area without it. Shuttle was not the nicest but it didn't really bother me. Overall great service.

Was a little hesitant based on the previous reviews to rent a car from Advantage.  Well, I was glad I did.  There were no full size sedans available, so John upgraded us to a full size SUV at no additional cost!  We enjoyed our spacious and fully loaded Tahoe XL for two full days at the full size rental price!  The shuttle was on time both to and from the airport.  Great overall experience.  Highly recommend you give them a try!
