Very interesting car hire. They wouldn’t let us pick up a couple hours early (we were happy to pay a fee) and when questioned the customer service team was very blunt and annoyed. We talked over their live chat on the computer and as I was replying, mid message, the rep turned off the chat. 
The front desk reps wasn’t too bad. Long line though. He didn’t seem too happy that no one else was rostered on such a busy night. He gave us a free upgraded car which saved us a lot of money and stress (the best part). 
Although I booked and payed online, they made me pay again at the desk upon pick up. After inquiring over the phone about this the rep was not very compassionate or customer friendly at all. The money was refunded but took 5 business days from drop off to get back on my credit card (money which was needed for my vacation). 
The drop was rep was nice and a breath of fresh air but the shuttle driver was a little scary and quiet. 
Overall not a great company in terms of customer service but some good reps here and there. Cheap (not by a whole lot), but risky.

Great price. Easy to book on line. 1 hr wait in line. lobby full. No staff. Only 2 attendees. BUT...Gene was great. Very thorough.Ran to get cars, I mean ran Patient even with rude angry customers. Great smile. We were picking up car at 9:30 Left at 11p In desperate need of help. Staff were already working overtime. Praises to GENE!

We've been in line about 30 minutes now and watched about 3 people be helped. Every customer that gets helped gets about 5 minutes in to the process before the representative helping them has to leave the building to go check who knows what for about 10 minutes before the representative returns to assisting the customer. Where are they going?! There IS absolutely a better way to do this I'm confident... Plan ahead and make sure you have an extra 2 hours to waste before you come here. Or just bring the 5th Harry Potter book because you will literally have enough time to start AND finish it while waiting in line.

Good rental office on an all-wheel drive for ski trip.  Customers really need to add +25-30 min to accommodate shuttle bus.  Did not provide snow brush/scraper, in spite of warnings of incoming snow storm.  Of course, I didn't notice until I needed for ice removal.  Rental car had not been vacuumed.  And, waited at lot during pick up for them to attach a VERY obvious dangling front licence plate.  Staff seems not to take much personal responsibility for customer satisfaction.  Very unlikely that I would use the service again.

First, no mention of an “Off Sight” office which requires a shuttle from the airport, Second, slow shuttle service from airport.  Very, very slow check in process.  Did not receive the equivalent car as reserved.  Additionally, the car was filthy!  When we drop the car off, we plan on having our friends shuttle us to the airport.  Don’t waste your money on this company.  Better to go with a national name brand company, which by the way, has service right at the airport.
