This place is amazing! You can definitely tell the place has been recently renovated. All appliances in the rooms are either new or have been kept in great condition. Rooms are very clean, bathroom has plenty of towels and toiletries, and the staff greeted us every time we entered the building at anytime of the day. If I was to complain about ANYTHING, it would be that the blankets were not thick enough, but I never got cold so that doesn't matter. I would highly recommend this place and I will be staying here when we visit again.

I definitely recommend the Sun N Sand Resort in Myrtle Beach as the view was simply AMAZING! Staff was extremely helpful and they had everything. From gym, game room with arcade games, computer room, drinking and snack machines to a public pool, just amazing. Me and wife enjoyed our stay there and we look forward to coming back as they view again was amazing.

I enjoyed my stay here very much. Check in was very simple and quick. We got to our room and it was very clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed made available to us. The weather was great so we were able to enjoy the beach. The beds were very comfortable and the pillows were amazing. We all slept wonderfully. The staff was friendly and the price was reasonable.we will definitely rey urn in the future.

The only reason I'm giving this hotel 2 stars is because the price was decent and we did have direct access to the beach and there was one male employee who didn't act rude or bothered when someone would approach the desk. 

Now to start off, the online pictures look NOTHING like the hotel now. We were arriving early the day of check in so I called ahead and asked if our room was available and I believe it was the office manager said yeah we have the rooms ready  come on in and check in so we got there around 1:30 and I try to check in and the two workers said no check in isn't until 4 and when I told them I had called earlier and was told we could they went back and asked the manager and she said she never said that. We leave and come back later at check in and get up to our room and realize that our shower faucet never stops dripping and there was a beer can under the sham of the bed. Like seriously the beds touch the floor so its not like it was hidden so anyways we proceed downstairs to look for the pool and the outside pool had wood shavings all in it which looked like vomit and the hot tub was drained so those were not accessible. We then go back to our room and realized we needed more pillows and extra blanket so we call down and the worker at the time was rude and said housekeeping leaves at 4 so you have to wait till tomorrow. How can you check in at 4 pm and get up to your room and settled in before housekeeping leaves at 4. next day we went down to the desk in the morning making sure we asked for the extra pillows early enough and they said we will get them right up to you and an hour went by and we still didn't have them so we asked again for them to be put in our room since we were leaving for the day and they said they would get right on it. Come back around 7pm and get to our room and no pillows have been brought to our room so we go back downstairs too ask if we can get them and tell them we asked twice this morning and we heard the same response as before so they could only give us 1 extra pillow. We also paid extra money so we could have a later check out and the office manager called up to our room an hour and a half before normal checkout to tell us we needed to check out soon and when I told her we paid for a later check out she proceeded with i doubt it but i will look into it. The elevators are falling apart and you never know what floor your on because the numbers have a mind of their own and just continue flipping through.
So all in all I will not recommend this hotel to anyone unless they just want something cheap for the night and to be treated rudely by workers.

Great food!!! They crush it every time. I love the bread and Caesar salad. Unbeatable! Create your own pasta was perfect. (I highly recommend penned with spinach, garlic, fire roasted tomatoes and mozzarella!) I was greeted promptly and courteously. My only feedback  for improvement would be to do a deep clean on the dining room.
