We came in for a short weekend from Charleston. We looked all over for a decent place that was pet friendly and found the red roof inn. The hotel is clean and the staff is super friendly. It was better than I expected. We actually extended our stay by a night because we were more comfortable than we thought we'd be. We would definitely return!

The room was clean. I needed a toothbrush and one was provided. Customer service was excellent. The staff is very courteous. The location was close to all the restaurants and walking distance to lots of activities including the beach. It was kid-friendly, family friendly and very clean throughout. The pool is outdoors but it is heated and so comfortable.

Rooms are affordable, very clean! Clean sheets and comfortable pillows and bed. I'm so so happy with my choice, close to the beach, super helpful staff and they're two friendly gentlemen at the desk to help with any questions. I was so nervous about finding a decent place. Also it is super quiet here. I got 2 rooms for my big family.

Simple but very nice and clean rooms. Extremely dog friendly! I love that they do not discriminate against any breed of dog. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. The beach is a quick 2 block walk from here. Great location! Nice outdoor pool.

A great little bargain hotel. Clean and comfortable rooms, only a short 1 block walk to the beach, and there is Waffle House situated right next door. Super friendly staff, plenty of free parking.  All rooms are on interior hallways.  Very nice outdoor pool with plenty of lounge chairs.
