Easily accessible camp ground. Nice spaces and clean grounds. Have been coming here since childhood and it still remains a great camping experience. Beach access is a short walk from the camping area. Many hiking trails available here. Fantastic nature observation areas. Must book ahead if you want a spot. Spaces fill up pretty quick so reserve yours ahead of time.

Definitely beautiful scenery. Highly recommend going in the winter time. We went in mid January. It was sunny, mid 70's, no fog, not crowded, very reasonable room rates, beautiful sunsets and no Pacific storms coming in but if they do there's big waves pounding the beaches which is incredible.

This is a pretty cool place to stay if you are in the area or passing through. There is not a lot to do but I really appreciate any campground that has beach access to it. The tent camping area is much better in my opinion than the other section of the campground - and is closer to the beach. They do sell firewood for $10 but they give you a wheelbarrow full of wood rather than a plastic wrapped bundle of 4 pieces. The camp host was not very nice to me on more than one occasion which is why I am giving it a 3 star review. I would have given it 4 stars but come on, a camp host who isn't nice? That doesn't fly in my book.

Nice campground. The newer firepits are 30" hi concrete rings and they don't radiate heat like the steel pits do. The staff is pleasant, they could do better enforcing the generator time limits.

Great campground, clean bathrooms, friendly staff. The site is close to the beach but yet far enough from the road. You practically go to sleep and wake up with the sound of the ocean. The sites are nicely spaced. The place features a big campfire. Wood is also available for sale. Park staff was very nice.
