Mission

Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks preserve and provide for the enjoyment of present and future generations the wonders, curiosities, and evolving ecological processes of the southern Sierra Nevada – including the largest giant sequoia trees in the world, free-flowing wild and scenic rivers, and the heart of the vast Sierra wilderness. Our mission is to preserve unimpaired the natural and cultural resources of these parks for the enjoyment, education, and inspiration of this and future generations.

Beautiful views!! The place is really kept clean as well. Could use better souvenir shops as we wanted to take back different things besides postcards.
