If I could give a negative I would. The car they rented me was a LEMON. It should be illegal honestly. The heat did not work on the passenger side and it blew out air. The car had a horrendous smell. The alignment was equally terrible and the car shook. Honestly I knew better when they were the only people who had available rentals. Management was rude when I made a complaint and basically said ol well I should have called then. It was 5AM when I used the vehicle. I was told to dispute it and they will fight it.
Very HORRIBLE place to rent from ALL they cars are old nasty and high mileage… charged me a extra day I picked up the car @ one time and they saying I had return it earlier than the pick up time… they don’t have unlimited mileage charge for that PLEASE DONT GO HERE
Han is such a beautiful soul...She did everything in her power to help me with a rental and insurance. I'd definitely do business with this company over any rental company in Atlanta..She gave me a military discount and discounted the car more for me when she saw I was having a bad day... love this place!!!

The worst rental experience my business has encountered by far. When I called on the phone to get prices of specific vehicles, I was quoted diffferent than when I came in person. I was also told by "Khan" that I would receive an "employee discount." Right. The amount of money that I was charged was absolutely ridiculous. It infuriates me that certain cultures, that are not too far away from others, intentionally set up shop in economically depressed neighborhoods, and prey on the most financially vulnerable of our society. Those who do not have good credit, access to credit, or depend on a cash-only system. Companies like this are allowed to conduct these predatory practices in these communities because community leaders and political representaives allow them to, and do not stand up for their voiceless constituents. I had to rent from this store because of a last minute cancellation from the national rental car company that we frequently use, and as opposed to cancelling tours on our guests the weekend before Thanksgiving, I made the decision to use this dreadful place. I refused to pay cash or send payment via CashApp which was encouraged for the rental, and used my AMEX, which would provide me protection in the event I would need to dispute any charges. They charged me 5% on top of the rental to use the AMEX. They ran my credit cards in full, the day before the rental started, but would not allow pickup of the vehicles. Go figure. You received over $1,100 from us, with a $500 $250 per vehicle deposit due back upon the end of the 1 one day, yes, one day rental. The vehicles were filthy and disgusting. I won't even waste my time describing them, just know that the other reviews are accurate. We maintain the vehicles in our business fleet immaculate, and it was so embarrassing to ask guests to sit and travel in these vehicles. I called 2 days after the rental to inform them that I was overchaged for a certain vehicle. The woman argued with me over the phone and insisted I come down to the store to see that I had the larger vehicle. Instinct prompted me to sign onto the AMEX portal, and low and behold, there was no credit for the $500 security deposit. I called her back and she said she would call me in 15 minutes. The call never came. On my way down to the store I disputed the charges with AMEX. We get there, and she produces the recipts for the security deposit, with the time stamped 10 minutes after my phone call that she didn't have the decency to return. She then insisted that we rented the larger vehicle, and of course, it was not on the lot. My husband insisted they call the "other location," and the person at that location verified that it was the smaller vehicle. She then had to process another refund for the difference. I know exactly what type of client they expect that walk in their doors, but that is not me. Your stereotypical practices have landed upon the wrong one this time. You never know who walks through your doors, and shame on you morally for what you exact on the people who have no choice but to rent from you. Although this community allows you to get away with this excessive exploitation, look in the mirror.
It was my pleasure doing business with jay, he were very pleasant and hospitable and a very nice person and very understanding . His customer service ranked high because he took the time to ensure that I the customer is pleased and is able to rent with this company . Go check him out , you will not be disappoint!
Everyone is so nice here. They are very helpful and professional. It's alittle pricey compared to most places and the time brackets aren't the best but if you a need a car fast this is the place. They helped me at a very inconvenient time. Thank you

They literally saved the day! Completely professional over the phone and even sweeter in person. Khan made the process so easy and only took maybe 20/30 minutes to get me set.
If I could leave half a star I would but by far the worst car rental place I’ve ever rented through and they have so many hidden fees and basically will do anything not to return your $200 deposit they even charged my card way more than they was supposed to for each day I called about my deposit she rushed me off the phone saying she’d called back just for her to never call. Don’t rent from this place they’re thieves
