Drove me Mum there to participate in a scratch off sale gimmick where she already planned to buy a car. She just had a knee replacement so I pulled up to the curb...no other cars, kinda dead...so she would be close to the ramp and door. Several sales guys on the curb. Right away a super rude sales guy stars pointing and saying park over there. I rolled down the window to tell him i wasnt parking and he starts yelling "keep it moving." I told him I was letting her out. Brought to his attention there is no One else around and asked him if he was airport police and this was an airport pick up zone or a car dealership. His coworkers laughed even though he was NOT joking. I have NEVER experienced a more rude situation and it upset my Mum. She has already decided to buy a vehicle they sell but now she doesn't want to buy from this dealership. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS DEALERSHIP IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED WITH RESPECT FROM THE ONSET. THEY DON'T SEEM TO HAVE THOSE SKILLS. The used car manager came out and asked what he could do when she got back into the car but there's nothing you can do when someone who works for you does something stupid it's already done. Plus, now rude guy is leaving voice mail messages for my Mum to call him at the house. Tacky and unprofessional. No one wants to hear anything he has to say.

Buyer Beware! Window sticker does not match actual vehicle. They change the vehicle trim to charge you more. Match your VIN numbers, do your math and then run away. I bought a car in April and every encounter I have with them has been awful. They like to take their time and make you wait hours. Then they reject running a loan through your own preferred lender and run your credit through every bank possible. An oil change takes 2 and 1/2 hours when you make an appointment. And your new car will smell like someone pooped in your car when you get it back. They will fix the 'bad smell' problem with an air refresher, but 'again' that is more time wasted while they find the spray. Please walk away before it is too late. I am sure there are honest salespeople in this world but this place is not one of them. Also, we are a family with small children. They will take advantage of your situation. Again Buyer Beware! ***Update*** After explaining my situation, Margaret did take care of us. She did buy are car back and never pressured us into buying another vehicle from them. She did have all my paperwork ready when I walked in so we did not waste time. She really does care about the company and I believe in my heart she was trying to help the best she could. They need to hire more people like her.

Not even worth mentioning. If there was a zero star rating, I'd give it. Wasted three days off of work waiting for a loan approval AFTER being sent home in a new car (3 hours away in Tuscaloosa), finding out later there was no approval but there was a contract. So I nixed the contract and got my old car back. I don't understand why a dealership would make like there's an approval and then renig on it. I was originally going to cancel the appointment because of the long distance getting there and a lack of faith in getting approved for a loan.The best advice to all is this. Be careful with what you sign and get approval before you leave the dealership. 12 hours on the road and 6 hours in the showroom, all for nothing.

This dealership is one of The best that I have ever had The pleasure to buy a car from. DJ and The rest of The team helped me get out of a bad vehicle and into something that will last for years.

Our Sales guy DJ was great,no pressure sales. We went looking at trucks test drove a couple, went to lunch and starting talking about the Rogues how great they looked and the gas milage. Went back told DJ we would like to drive a Rogue. DJ found several on the lot for us and that is what we ended up buying . This is the second time we have bought from this dealership and the reason is great CS and no pressure sales along with a staff that knows what they are selling . They know these cars and trucks inside and out.
