Tim Bunch made buying my Toyota Highlander a pleasure! Tim is very knowledgeable and helpful! He spent extra time making sure that I understood all functions of my vehicle. I wasn't sure which SUV I would purchase when I stopped by to look. But, with Tim's assistance as well as his manager and Domino in the finance department, I knew I would be leaving with an excellent choice for my driving needs. We had driven a Toyota before and were very satisfied with the Penney Toyota service and reliability of our vehicle. Glad to be driving my beautiful Highlander knowing that Tim Bunch is just a phone call away with answers to any questions I might have as well as a great service department. I am ready to hit the road in the New Year!!!

I came to Bill Penney yesterday with my girlfriend looking for a truck and worked with Trista. I honestly came into the dealership with low hopes of leaving with a new truck (I failed to make a deal with a couple of dealerships prior to Bill Penney). But Trista did an amazing job and we were driving home in a new truck by the end of the night. We drove to Bill Penney all the way from Nashville and even arrived a little late but once we showed up to the dealership, Trista still gave us a warm welcome. It felt like she actually cared about us and understood us and our situation. As a customer, that means a lot. She took the stress out of buying a new vehicle. If you ever need a new car, Trista is the woman to go to. I definitely recommend asking for her if you choose to purchase here. Oh and this might not mean a lot to people, but I thought it was pretty cool that other Bill Penney employees would randomly congratulate you on your vehicle purchase. I also really appreciated how Trista stayed past their closing time to work with us. (Trista if you happen to read this, thank you again for all of your help!) -Justin & Kirsten

I went to Bill Penney Toyota here recently searching for a new car, hoping I could get a good trade in for a down payment. A very friendly, sharp, Santa Claus lookalike man named Victor Pennington greeted me and led me through the best car-buying experience I have ever had! I got a very reliable vehicle with a doable monthly payment! And the best value I could have gotten anywhere on my trade in! Thank you Victor! I will be sending all my friends and family to you!

I have been working with Marty Odom on a new car & have nothing but high praises for him. He is very knowledgeable & professional. He has really good customer service skills & is very friendly. He was honest & told me exactly what I needed to do to get in a new car. No other salesman at any other dealership has ever done that for me before. I will refer everyone I know that's looking for a car to go see him for all their car needs that's for sure.

We had used the service department for our Corolla and were very impressed with the customer service and the excellent care, so when we decided to buy a new car, we came back to Bill Penney Toyota just to test drive a Highlander. The salesperson, William Thompson, was so easy to talk to and knew every inch of the car, so he was able to give lots of information and helpful tips during the test drive. I appreciated the fact that he was not hard-sell, and he was an excellent source of details about the other cars we had been test-driving (Honda, Subaru) without purposely running down the other dealerships. We were impressed with William's knowledge and considered him a very valuable and creditable resource in our search for a new car. When it came down to making a final decision, we knew we wanted a car from Bill Penney Toyota, and we knew we wanted William's advice and instruction on the best Toyota for our needs, and he was able to find exactly the right car for us, both times. We bought 2 Rav4s and it was a pleasant process all the way from start to finish, with William as a professional advisor to help us every step of the way. Car buying SHOULD be like this: friendly, smart salespeople who really want to help the customer get the car that is the right car for the individual. We highly recommend Bill Penney Toyota and ask for William Thompson as your salesperson.
