I always receive outstanding customer service from the Quick Lane for my three Ford vehicles.  The entire staff is friendly and they sincerely welcome my business at every routine maintenance or repair service.  Recently, my Mercury received an oil change in a professional and timely manner.  No other required maintenance was recommended and I trust the honesty of technicians and administrative staff.  I always look forward to my periodic visits because of the courtesy and quality of service.  The receptionists are pleasant to communicate my service requirements and provide clear solutions.  Occasionally, I am invited to talk directly with the technicians for a better understanding for vehicle maintenance needs. Please keep up the outstanding work at the Quick Lane facility. Great dealership! Bought a 2016 Certified Escape via the Web. There were some issues with the vehicle, but I am thoroughly satisfied with the professional and prompt way these were handled AFTER the sale and out of state...Much to the credit of Woody Anderson Ford's great sales team! My Fusion is in great shape due the excellent people skills.  Repairs done quickly and without incident.  Wonderful lounge/waiting area and fantastic restaurant attached.  They also provide a courtesy van for those who can't wait on their cars.  I can't say enough about how great the service department is!

Called about a red Edge, sent my credit app in, spoke with Internet sales,  drove 2 hours 75 miles for the edge was sold in the 2 hours it took to drive there, no call from anyone letting me know. Got there and was shown two other Edges neither was red, 1 was already sold again and the other edge within my budget had dents  and the rear bumper was repainted but never finished with clear coat, front chrome grill had crack in it. 2 hours and 75 miles drive back, very unhappy with the service I got.

I have a vehicle more than ten years old.  Ford would not fix a transmission cooler line leak without first installing a $500.00 radiator.  The tech said they could not obtain the line union without getting the entire radiator.  I got the union for $28.00 from an aftermarket parts store.  I'll do it myself and safe 500 plus labor!
