I recently had my car in at Century Volvo to have the windshield re-glued because water was leaking in through windshield. This was a problem on the 2012 models of my XC60, my car is a 2013 XC60. My service advisor David went ahead and called Volvo to see if the would cover the issue since it was a problem in the previous year's model. Well, lucky for me they did and my service was free! Thank you David and thank you Volvo for doing the right thing and saving me what could have been a significant expense.

The folks over at Century Volvo have always done right by me. Purchased my first Volvo from a dealership from them in 2014 and it has been a reliable and fun car since. The service department is the best and most qualified in North Alabama, so long as I drive a Volvo, I will not be taking it to anyone else for service. Thanks!

Good communication from the service team, and they were able to fit in my repair under short notice, which was critical for me because I was traveling from Alabama back home to Texas.

Took my vehicle in for a complimentary 20k mile service and they tacked on $70 of fuel and oil additives without asking. Most expensive "free" oil change I have ever had. They also didn't wash the car, which the paperwork said they did. Just seems sleezy...
