The service staff here is great.  Everyone is very willing to help and treat you right.  I bought my last car here and have had it serviced here several times.  They have always provided me a ride to work or even loaned me a new car off the lot if the service takes longer than expected.  I will definitely be back here for my next car.

I had the best car buying experience at Ray Pearman. The atmosphere was laid back and very welcoming.  I never thought I'd find traits such as caring and honest at a dealership, but I found it at Ray Pearman.  Joe was so knowledgeable about the history of the pre-owned vehicles and a huge help with getting me in the right one for me.  He is a great guy, not pushy and we got to a more than fair price. The finance gentleman explained and went over all of the documentation with me before I signed.  The staff had my new (to me) SUV detailed to perfection, the inside really looks brand new.  I went to the dealership yesterday to sign the paperwork and had to bring my two year old with me. Let me just tell you, the way they treated my son was icing on the cake. They treated him as if he was one of their own. They even had a push/ride toy car that kept him entertained.  

I really have no complaints.  This dealership really is like family and I look forward getting my car serviced there.  If you are sick and tired of the "salesy" atmosphere and salesmen who bug and push you, then I recommend you go see Joe at Ray Pearman.  Of course it's a business, but these people truly care about getting you in the best vehicle on your budget.

My husband and I bought a Ford from here. They were friendly, easy to talk to, not pushy and patient. The price was incredibly reasonable and my car was completely broken, but they still gave us some money for that on the trade in. My husband and I always take our vehicles here for oil changes and any inspections we need. They also have after hours drop off (no person, just paper and lock box for your car keys).
