Wanted to take the time to say thank you to the staff at Hiley for a very pleasant and easy experience. Everything about the place was amazing. I had the pleasure of working with Stephanie Cash, who answered every single question I had and then some...she is definitely an amazing and knowledgeable sales person. It felt like we were old friends by the time I left the dealership. Kudos to Hiley for having an incredible staff, as THAT is what makes a great experience. You've earned a repeat customer because of her. Five stars all the way!

Really ! Come on again ladies not to put the dealership on the spot .But to have purchased a new 1 owner vehicle and you go get oil changed and they tell you a big oil leak & to repair 800.00 😫. Ok UN ass my car , took it back where i purchased. Guy's put up on rack 
Guess what!! Nothing found no leaks Nothing . Have not been back.  Had great dad & brother's 
Wisdom & knowledge , know your vehicle's Maitence & performance.
Get your hands dirty 😀

I've used Hiley for two vehicles now and I've had excellent experience with times. Keith went above and beyond anything I ever expected and has followed up to make sure things have still been great. I highly recommend them.

I'd like to thank Nate Brown of Hiley Volkswagen of Huntsville for taking the time to ensure our satisfaction during our purchase of a 2018 VW Atlas.  He went above and beyond to deliver our Atlas over an hour away.  I choose Hiley of Huntsville because the sales and service is always above expectations.  Stress free buying experience! I'm loving my VW Beetle, it's so much fun to  drive. Just want to say "Thank You,"  to Nathan for making my beetle buy a super fun day. He was friendly, nice and very knowledgeable. He never tried to hurry or pressure me to make a sale. He even took the time to answer all my crazy questions. Nathan made buying my beetle easy, fast and fun. I'll definitely send anyone I know or meet looking for a car your way!!! Thanks again to Nathan and the friendly staff I met. Ginny Owens
