I am so impressed with this dealership and Lexus in general. They have gone above and beyond what I expect from a company and a dealership in replacing parts on a car out of warranty and the level of service they provide. My wife's car is a 2006 and they have replaced two expensive parts on the car at no cost. This dealership is awesome! My wife picked up her car and left my BMW keys for me to pick up and they detailed my car for no reason. Shout out to Rob, we are a Lexus/Toyota fan forever, I can't wait to sell my BMW and buy our next vehicle from Lexus/Toyota. I am highly impressed!

The service advisor Scott is awesome. Scott remembers my name even after not being there for months. Very friendly and they get the job done. Lounge area is nice. All service on it Lexus has been well done and fairly reasonable.

The service department staff were wonderful to us recently!   Friendly, helpful, quick and kind to fix our trunk in a hurry so we could continue our vacation passing through the area.   I wish I could give them more than five out of five stars!

Lexus Of Huntsville is top notch! Chico Dutchess went above and beyond to make sure I purchased the vehicle I was most comfortable with. Chico gave me suggestions and his advice, but was in no way pushy. He had excellent knowledge on vehicles and very customer friendly. After I decided on the vehicle I wanted the process went smoothly! I highly recommend Chico to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle!

I worked with Tony White on the purchase of a used vehicle over the internet via Lexus of Huntsville. Tony helped me understand the process and was extremely knowledgeable, professional and just an all-around nice guy. Although I actually did not end up purchasing the vehicle, I was extremely impressed with the dealership and highly recommend dealing with them.
