This place seriously needs to be shut down. Its really sad when you can't even trust the postal service, they will never answer the phone at this place. If your package gets "lost" or held here pass the time it was supposed to be delivered, if its not insured then your pretty much screwd ! These people wont help and seem kind of sketchy ....... Reviews speak for itself

Waited all day-- with door open!- for package I needed you sign for and had tracking info for. Postman never showed up, said they left a notice for picking it up at P.O., But they hadn't even done that... Now, after working a night shift until 3AM Friday night I have to go to post office to pick up package that was never even attempted to be delivered. Tracking info said they had tried to drop it off at one PM but, like I said, door was open, I was waiting, and this simply is not true. Not happy that I have to get up early and go to P.O. On my day off.

Neither Supervisor Guevara nor employees answer phones. Mail and packages are lost and not forwarded as they should . Moving? Forget about getting mail and orders at new address. Postal workers and supervisors at Mc Vittie take NO RESPONSIBILITY forwarding mail. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE. Criminal investigation should be started ASAP because people's checks are disappearing at this unprofessional shack.  Is this a cover place for drug trafficking? It must be,,,This is NOT your regular post office. Mail services are CLEARLY NOT WHAT THEY ARE FOCUSED ON....Unbelievable that Postal investigators and police haven't closed this joint down.

Been here for 20 min with a line of people says open at 10.  We all have called no one answers.  Other people in line says they have called and they never answer
