Well, how is it after tracking notifications sent to my email show a package I mailed sat in your P.O. for 4 days and after talking to PO manager today, you told me you were looking for the package because you yourself said the tracking showed it was not delivered. I get a text notification tonight after you close for the day saying it was delivered 4 days ago??? When it clearly was not delivered or received. It doesn't take a genius to figure out you got into the computer and fixed it all to cover your butt. Especially when tracking notification saying the package delivery is delayed is now completely gone. I will file a claim and complaint. You should have called me back and been honest. I had tracking notifications sent to myself since it left my P.O. So I got my proof. I am truly disturbed by all this.

How is it that a city of 130,000 people has only 4 or 5 public mailboxes in the entire city?  Theft of mail from residential mailboxes is RAMPANT and as far as I can tell, postal inspectors are nowhere to be seen.  I came from a little country in the North Atlantic called Ireland.  Their postal service "An Post" distributes social security payments, sells cell phones and sim cards, distributes pensions, delivers mail on bicycles.  They are far more efficient, apparently than the USPS.  Maybe we shouldn't have cut funding to them by 75%, huh?

Too busy all the time. Service very slow. Very over priced.  Online USPS is much easier & faster.

I’m having the worst time getting my mail or getting ahold of anyone on the phone to get my package 😡they never left a note or attempted to reach me after not having delivered it on Saturday ! It’s Tuesday and still no delivery! This is ridiculous!
