ABSOLUT WORST DELIVERY SERVICE!!! Every time I have something sent to me thru this service there's trouble locating the package they NEVER deliver to my address I ALWAYS have to track down the package and go to this location 3 to 4 times the Asian lady at the door who is supposed to give you your delivery ALWAYS has excuses there's NEVER any supervisors or managers around and when and IF you manage to talk to one itll just be another excuse spewing useless waiste of time you will NEVER get ANYONE on the phone this delivery service is just complete and TOTAL GARBAGE I will always do my best to avoid going thru USPS from here on out you ALL should do the same!!! COMPLETE WAISTE OF TIME AND ENERGY WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!

Horrible service said they dropped my package off on 1/10 but it never showed up then I called in the morning to ask what happened to it and they said to come pick it up them when I get to the post office they tell me that the package isn’t there it was delivered a day befor was forced to file a claim against the office and will for now on be mailing everything to a P.O. Box if I could give less then one star I would

Lost my pacakage, said they'd call me with a delivery update, didn't follow through with that. Package was supposed to arrive Thursday, it's Tuesday and still no show. I've callen twice in a row and no answer. Terrible.

Trying to track down a package.  Tracking states "Delivered to Individual" on 12/16 at 11:44am.  What individual?   It sure as hell wasn't me.  Tried calling this post office for 3 days, multiple times each day.  NEVER an answer.  I can see why the term Going Postal started.  No choice but to keep trying or start writing complaint letters.  Maybe channel 4 on your side could also get the ball rolling.
