We dropped off a package but they didn't deliver it.. It is lost now, and they can't find it! I have had the same issues two times in a year! Don't even try to go there, they are very unprofessional, they can't even deliver a package! That package came all the way from Europe thousands miles away, but they couldn't deliver in 5 miles distance! Most likely the package has been stolen by one of the workers there, like I said it happened to me twice! Whoever is doing it there, they already know but they don't do anything! Try not to use this post office! I'm starting a case, I will sue them all!

The lady that works all the way at the end of the counter is the nicest employee ever. I've been to this location many times and she's always handling passports and every time, you'll notice that she is always smiling and makes friendly suggestions and just makes your day better. If you get the chance encounter to work with her you will be amazed. Any negatives you have of this location will be erased because she is super nice and pleasant to deal with. Thank you! Edit: Her name is Cynthia and she is still awesome at making your day better! Thank you again!

Given the present counter service clerks provide excellent services to customers who do not come prepared to ship something..they should not be blamed for the past counter staff who were absolutely horrible! Today, Oct 21, 2017, less than 25% of the package services customers have made an effort to fill out a weigh-bill for the services they need. It is a shame to stand in line listening to people state they "tried". If tried then there is no doubt what services are needed and exactly how much it will cost. 50% of the customers do not come prepared to ship an item. They wrap a box in old news papers and steal cellophane tape from the "supplies for sale" display. Worse yet, they come in with everything in a plastic bag from Walley World. Folks, there are tons of "free shipping supplies" including sealing tape at the service counter...but at least come in willing to "learn how the place operates". Where do you learn? How did you make it to reading this...?

If I could give no stars I would. Waited in line all the way, told the lady upfront my tracking and told her my package is at this location and then she tells me to go to the machine outside and input my tracking to see the status... but I just told you where it was.. but there’s some side door that’s supposed to be quick service and there’s a line of 10 pissed off people that’s been waiting for a long while. Beechnut location really needs to improve.

This post office is extremely slow, I have complained in the past nothing was done, they need an "attitude adjustment" in there. People have other things to do than stand in line while they move slow and are rude. I get made fun of by a few women who work there. Very unprofessional. They need to clea n house, and revamp that Post office. My mail runs slow on important mail by 3 days. I do my best to stay away from this particular Post Office. Thank you for your time. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
