I have done business with Lori for over 12 years and she has always come through with excellent car choices. She understands my needs and concerns and listens well in order to show the right cars. It is no surprise that she is the top sales person at BMW as she really cares for her clients and gives every deal her all to end with a positive outcome.  
James followed with an offer that reflected my situation. Very nice person that was willing to make an offer to make a sale happen.
BMW is in a very competitive market with lots of competitors and available choices but the cars are great, the warranties and service department is strong, and there are people like Lori and James to offer incredible support so absolutely no need to go anywhere else.

Excellent Experience!
I just leased an X5 and I'm very happy with my choice!  This was my first BMW experience and I'm thrilled with the car and the attention I received at the dealership.  The staff was very attentive and answered any and all of my questions.  Lori Asserson was fantastic!  She's thorough and wanted to make sure I was completely satisfied with my lease.  She's an excellent sales associate and a pleasure to work with.

This is my fourth lease through Prestige BMW, and my third working with Lori Asserson.  I drive 45 miles to get to Prestige, passing another BMW dealership that is much closer, but there is a reason, and that reason is Lori. Each experience with Lori surpasses the last.  She is extremely knowledgeable, professional and efficient, and will move mountains if necessary.  When you are with her, you have her full and undivided attention and she has just a remarkable memory for details/preferences and the like.  The speed at which she accomplishes things, and the lengths she goes to to make things easier for her customer, is unequalled in my experience.  And on top of all that, she is a really nice, genuine person.  I would recommend without reservation.

Sales representative Andrew Araque was extremely helpful throughout the entire process and was thorough with any questions or concerns I had. He also ensured that I was being taken care of by the entire Prestige BMW team, which made you feel as if you were apart of the family and only added to the experience. Overall, I had an extraordinary experience at Prestige BMW and highly recommend coming to this location.

This is my third BMW, second lease through Prestige BMW with Lori Asserson.  She helped me get into the right lease at a great price and made purchasing my car effortless and very pleasant.  I would recommend without reservation.
