Previously I had no issues but my last experienced has changed my mind. Purchased a certified use car with an issue with the bumper that they were going to get fixed. Well 3 months later, my salesperson doesn't return calls nor emails; and my bumper still not fixed.

UPDATE: This is in the process of being addressed and my review has been adjusted accordingly. Again I never had any issue up until this point but it's being address. Thanks all is well again

Great to deal with. Service and sales are excellent. I have been coming here for service for 4 years and they are great. No problems, they are always up front and honest about what that are doing.

I had completed my research including visiting several dealerships in search of a 2017 QX50. It just so happened Ramsey was the first dealership where I started my search and wound up being the last as I ultimately purchased my vehicle there. My initial experience with another sales rep left me seeking to take my business elsewhere. I did just that and actually had placed a deposit on a vehicle at a competing store. Then one day, I received a call from Mark. He was following up on my visit and when I explained why I decided to purchase my car elsewhere he was interested in what I experienced and how it prompted me to shop at another store. He was genuinely interested in my story, he did not try to put the sell on but listened and we left it at that. Given Mark's efforts to turn a bad situation around, a few days later I reached out to him to see if we could do business. All through the purchase process Mark was open, honest, made himself available, was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend him to assist you in your search for a new car.

We had such an amazing and pleasant experience at Infiniti Ramsey. We have never had a transaction that went as smooth as this latest one when we leased our QX60. Michael went above and beyond to meat all of our needs and kept us within our budget. I would highly recommend this dealership if you’re looking for a smooth and pleasant experience.
