I was due for a service appointment but with my schedule I couldn't find an open time that would work for me. I called and was very pleased that they understood that my schedule didn't work with theirs and that they were able to give me a scheduled time for my one day off to accommodate my crazy life. Thank you Ramsey Mazda, you just gave me one more reason to stick with you when my lease is up in a year and a half. Keep up the outstanding work.

I'm the type of customer who gathers as much info as possible and therefore shops forever. Ramsey Mazda has been the BEST dealership i have been to, so much so i just bought my first Mazda. Eric was simply great as we had been in touch  over email on finding the right cx9 for my family on a tight budget. I love the no pressure approach and that patience and kindness goes such a long way for me and my family. Ramsey Mazda, you have customers for life! Can't wait to be back on Monday to pick up my car.
Update : picked up my car and the outstanding service continues. My family and I were out in less than an hour and were met with the same level of kindness and attention. Would highly recommended!

I spoke with several dealerships (both Mazdas and other carmaker's) and it amazed me how few were eager to get back to me right away, behave professionally, and provide a reliable quote over the phone. I understand some customers shop dealer's prices, but with a three-year-old, it's difficult for me to come into a dealership for a quote (especially when some salespeople seem uninterested in being forthright and respectful of my time). 

Justin and Ramsey Mazda, by contrast, followed up immediately, enthusiastically, and courteously, answering any and all questions I had about the car and working in good faith to negotiate a price that was fair. Good customer service is becoming rarer and rarer. I was grateful to experience it with Justin and find that Ramsey Mazda values and encourages cordiality and sincere business dealings.

I recently went back to Ramsey Mazda to trade in my leased CX-5 for a new one. Since I had such a positive experience working with Rocky the first time, I was happy to work with him again. Once again, I left with the exact car I wanted for a reasonable price. The day I picked up the car, finalizing the paperwork with Donovan was a breeze.  Rocky then brought me out to my new car, hooked up my blue tooth, and explained how to use the new features. I have no doubt they will be seeing me again next time.

I have never seen a dealer that lost a client so badly. I was told that I am not allowed to test drive a car, lied to that it was sold even though it was standing right underneath the window. I said I was interested in Mazda6, but they replied to come when I make a decision. How can I make a decision without even seeing the automobile I want to buy? But I made a decision : to avoid this stupid dealership forever!
