My wife and I went to Ramsey Alfa Romeo Fiat on 11/24 to look for a new Fiat. We had an amazing experience the last time we went there to get my wife's first Fiat. We were greeted like we were family and even thought they were busy we were immediately introduced to Frank Gizzi by Jesse the manager. We spoke to Frank about what kind of car my wife wanted and he showed us around. We went into the office and he immediately made us feel at home and comfortable. He found a car that matched what she wanted and he went to work. He went over the car to make sure it had what we wanted and then he went and got the numbers. They came back a little higher than we wanted so we countered and in less than 5 minutes we had the number we wanted and the deal was done.We went and had lunch while the car was prepped. We came back and waited a few minutes and we went to sit with Chris to do the paperwork. The time and accuracy this took was perfect. I can't recommend a dealer more than I would recommend this one and Frank Gizzi was the perfect Salesman. No pressure just wanted to help us get in the car we wanted.

Did some research before walking in the door, thought I knew what I wanted. Was greeted immediately upon walking in by Jesse, he introduced me to Luigi who was the salesperson. Luigi is wonderful, he showed me the Fiat 500L I thought I wanted, it was right next to the other, the 500X. I then steered towards the X. But was still undecided- he worked out all the numbers for both and went through all the differences to help make a decision and never once pushed toward the more costly one. He was set on me getting what was best for me. I decided on the X and couldn't be more thrilled with my car. When picking it up he took over one hour to show me all the features and took his time to explain ever little detail. Jesse was just as helpful when it came to the numbers. They were both beyond exceptional to work with, they were both personable and very friendly and made the experience easy. Thanks guys! Stephanie 🚙

Would highly recommend Ramsey Alfa Romeo to anyone looking to lease or buy a vehicle. Frank was very helpful in getting the deal set up via text. Once I arrived at the dealership, Frank talked to me about the possible cars for leasing and on a quick test drive. A few days later, I was ready to sign the lease and Frank made sure the car looked as brand new as it could while Jesse was efficient with handling all of the paperwork regarding the lease deal. Lastly, they gave me the best deal in the Tri-State area.

My second Fiat! Went from a 500 to a 500x. They are as fun to drive, stylish and I feel cool driving one. While I love the 500, my husband and I went with the 500x for its high safety ratings, NJ winters and practical for the family. Now about Ramsey Fiat. My lease for the 500 ended and my husband had reservations about getting another Fiat (which many may have about the brand). Definitely don't, check Fiat out! Jesse, the sales manager gave my husband a straightforward deal. Jeff, our salesperson was extremely knowledgeable. So if you're looking for a change with some Italian flair- Come into Fiat Ramsey, enjoy a cup of espresso, test drive one (or maybe, an Alfa Romeo) and see/feel it for yourself.
