Out of all the car dealers I've visited, Prestige Lexus is the best. From the moment I stepped into the building, the staff assisted all of my needs and ultimately helped me make the best decision according to my financial state.  Kyoon answered all my questions and what-ifs with patience. He meticulously prepared relevant papers before my arrival and arranged  my appointment with other departments (great team work!) not to waste my time. Now I love driving my RX. Thank you so much! Came here from another Lexus dealership because the other one was not negotiable on prices. Got the car at a reasonable price, Joe Kandil was really nice and helpful

Karina Camarena helped make the experience of purchasing my first SUV great! She was knowledgeable , professional, and courteous as I took the time I needed to make an informed choice. She really went the extra mile in coming in on her day off to expedite the paperwork. Even after buying the vehicle, she continues to provide support and has offered her assistance, if needed, in the future. Great decision to work with Karina at Prestige Lexus of Ramsey.

Couldn't be more happy and excited with my new lexus 350. the salesman, steve was a joy to work with and really made the process an easy one. there were no loopholes or things that made me feel awkward. everything he said would happen, happened. I give this dealership a 5/5 stars and will definitely be a returning customer.
