This review is for the service department.  We're new Acura owners so was up for the first oil change.  Was a bit hesitant to take car here based on other reviews, but it's the closest  Acura dealer to where we live.  
Joe in service helped me and over all it was a great experience.  Felt no pressure to have other things worked on.  Done in a timely manner and came back nice and washed clean.  Got to enjoy the lounge while waiting.  Will definitely take the car back here if I need anymore service and ask for Joe.

We just bought our third Acura MDX from Stuart.  He is a consummate professional.  It is always a pleasure doing business here.  I highly recommend Ramsey Acura for a stress free car buying experience.

I didn't meet Zoe Barnat, however: her quick response was instrumental in getting us out to the dealership.  Edwin Cruz worked with Don Kanarr making sure the vehicle was serviced and ready for a test drive.  Each individual we encountered has proven to be an asset to Ramsey, Infinity, Inc.

I bought the car from Thomas and he is the best.  He is very patient and explain the features of the car in detail.  Not to mention he gave us good price - truecar price.  Very good experience.
