Worse costumer services ever, long wait at the first, the managers are pushing and pushing and I need my bed but I don’t want to deal with bad costumer services because I’m paying for this it’s not for free, they send a delivery today the drivers are a mess the set that I ordered it doesn’t fit in my bedroom and I ask them to wait for me to call costumer services and they just left they don’t even say bye I didn’t sign for the receipt or something like that they just left, and after that they call me over the phone I don’t even know why and after that I got a warning in my condominium because they broke the exit door. Super bad experience and like yours we have a lot of places to go and get furniture, it’s not the right way

Great customer service at the store, great sales woman helped us pick out comfy sofa, modern wall unit and a Bed Frame (never had a bed frame before. Looked forward to the delivery. Delivery man asked for cash tip and food before getting the furniture off the truck. One of the Delivery men claimed the Sofa was torn and would report & return it. He would have a new one delivered Monday he said. (Run to rent chairs for my house warming party). The wall unit was also a lemon, missing a shelf harness to hold the shelf in place. Had me sign the paper work and said someone would call me in 20 minutes.... 36 hours later. Still waiting

I bought some furniture after I received a chair that the leg was longer than the other call to change it was 15 days for the change call and ask how much the account came to pay for it and customer services said that wait finally arrived the account and has two months of payment call customer service I ask and they say they do not know anything about that I have to pay I explained that it is the first payment that you have because they say that it is not your problem in order I do not recommend it

I was shopping for a dining set. The sales person, Eduardo Ross, showed me the selection and then did something I appreciated, he left and let me browse for myself. Within 20 minutes I knew the furniture I wanted and 20 minutes later I was on my way. Great experience!!! BTW, they have a pretty big selection of styles.

Be really carefull shopping here got a diffrent price then the other store in dadeland sales reps are like sharks ! Buy buy buy not a good experience at all it felt like we went to a cheap used car lot
