We stayed in the overflow right by the ocean - awesome! Of course this works with a motor home best! The trail along the coast is AWESOME! The wind is a bit much though

So many miles of trails, we will be back! Hiked over to Phillip gulch to see the waterfall which was beautiful. We didn't realize we could have parked along the road and taken a nice easy flat path there. Instead we had parked at a lot and hiked down to the beach and then back up. It was a wonderful adventure. Many of the paths along the ocean cris cross, people have created additional trails, but I don't think you can get too lost as the ocean is on one side and the Coast Hwy on the other. Weather changes quickly. We were going to hike in the AM but it was totally fogged in. We hiked later in the day and it was clear.

I stayed at the Woodside campground. 1st time here, the campsites are very spacious. There are flushing toilets. There are Recycle bins and trash cans. There's a hike you can take to the coast it's about . 8 miles very nice and it's surrounded by beaches.

Clean water with decent amount of marine life. Live abalone and red crab are right in the shallow water during low tide
