My wife ended up taking my minivan to a body shop, they said the water pump was broken and needed repaired ($1700) she decided not to do it and drove it home.  I had my insurance drive it around to Steve's Auto Repair after doing a google search and they did their diagnosis and said there was nothing wrong with the water pump, but the radiator had a leak.  I had them repair the water pump.  I have to say I have never received such wonderful customer service in my life.  They did a shuttle service for me so I can pick up my minivan.  Wayne, one of the technicians, offered to use his heat gun and remove this big dent I had in my front panel, he was able to get it out perfectly with his heat gun, no charge.  This shop went above and beyond and was extremely nice, honest, hard working and fast.  They will always be my go to guys for my vehicles and I highly recommend anyone using their services.  Just tell them Bobby sent ya :)

I have been using Steve's for several years now.  Started with tires, because they had excellent prices, and found they were easy to get along with, told me the truth, gave me chocolate and coffee while I waited in their small but comfy lounge, explained what was needed and why...............I could go on and on.  Great service!

Best car repair place I have ever been. I went to them for a second opinion on a costly repair the dealer said I needed on my power steering pump. They took a look, and even took me under my car so I could see for myself the fluid build up from leaks.  They explained what they were going to do every step of the way. I'm still looking at a costly repair, but in a different area than the dealer said, but this time I feel more confident that it is the right repair needed.

I've used  Steve's for several years -- ever since Saturn across the street went out of business and was assimilated by the nearby Chevy Evil Empire, which I refuse to  engage after some very negative experiences. 

This time I took our new 2017 Subaru Outback for its scheduled service.  While I like the Tysons Subaru dealership, I don't want to make the trip.  Steve's provides all warranty service, so there is no need to do that.  Also, unlike the GM Borg, Steve's will not "up sell" the service or try to sell you a new car.  You know the drill -- "while we were topping off your windshield wiper fluid, we noticed that all your brakes need to be rebuilt; but because you're  a 'VIP Customer,' you qualify for our latest, most accessorized, most expensive 2018 Gullible.  You get 20% off the artificial SRP!"  

If you want excellent service because you care about your car or truck and you like a business that cares about the community, then go to Steve's.  If you like being taken for an overpriced ride, go across the street.

Excellent customer service.  In town for a retirement ceremony and ended up with a flat tire.  Eddie, Christian and Mike were awesome in assisting with making sure the job was well done as well as making sure my cousin and I were comfortable while we waited.  Thank you Steve's Auto Repair & Tire.  We are very appreciative for the top-notch customer service you provide and pray that your success continues beyond measure.
