Staff is friendly. Service is efficient. They sell packaging materials and have a decent selection of greeting cards. The parking can be a bit tricky the first few times there but you get used to it.

Live in apartment complex where the only other person that has an access key to get to my mailbox, when I check my mail and 2 letters from my bank has been open, 1 with content missing and the other is a tear off letter that contained my PIN number already with the edge torn and glue separated, I immediately called my bank to place my account on hold, called the post office, after a 2 hour wait the manager proceeded to tell me that it was the machines fault and her guy wouldn't do such a thing, I ask her why would a mail man but one open letter and a open envelope in mail box that he only had access to, she proceed to evade ownership and placing blame on a machine, that makes no sense, for all we know he has been taking personal information from all of our neighbors, she said I trust this guy and I "might" write him up, my personal information is out there and that only constitutes a write up, I will be making a police report right now

I've lived in Lansing and now I'm in Lynwood.  
I will continue to use this Post Office   
They're the best I've ever been to

I have found this staff to be friendly as long as you are respectful to them. On 8-17-15 Bob was especially helpful when I had to ship international for the first time. While he should run a customer service course for the USPS, the majority of the staff here are great.

I've found that if I'm friendly, the staff is friendly. They can be a little slow at times, but it's usually when I'm in a hurry. They could use some extra help at the front during busy periods. I don't know if it's their management's fault or manpower problems due to the government's budgetary constraints. Our postman is friendly even though he has a busy route. I've only been here a year but I've been pleased with their service.
