They need to hire or tell all mail carriers to deliver the mail on time. One minute they're a block away and the next minute they disappear. What the hell is going on with these lazy ass mail carriers. They are scared of the cold? They need to hire responsible people for this job. Harvey is the worst mail service. Hire the right people for the job. Unbelievable 😠

They are extremely disrespectful and unhelpful. I’m not sure why these people work in customer service if they have no idea how to work well with the public. I’ve had numerous problems with them, my orders never arrive on time, and I always have to go through a lengthy process of finding whatever it is that I ordered. Pathetic. Hopefully they get some new people soon.

My shipments are constantly being delayed due to "no access to front door" which isn't true because there's always someone at home to answer the door whenever there's something being delivered. I called the post office to get my shipments redelivered and they put me on hold for an hour and no one even picked up. They provide the most terrible service by far but no one does anything about it and it's frustrating.

The wait time for todays mail is beyond ridiculous!!! I was expecting a check in the mail today!! But there has been no delivery!!! How the hell is that even possibly the wait is killing me!! Its 4:48pm you guys close at six!!! Whats the hold up seriously! The worst service in the suburbs!!!

Was put on hold for 40 minutes to be hung up on, called back on hold for 24 minutes for a rude representative, this place is a joke and should be shut down. Very unprofessional smh.
