Rude people working that feel entitled since it’s hard for them to be removed due being in a union. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Anyways when you have a time of service, own up to it. If you’re done with passports and you know you won’t get more just announce you’re done. Don’t be there looking spaced and an idiot walking around when you clearly see another person attempting to get a passport. Saves the time of people patciently waiting for 20 or so minutes and I wasn’t even seen. Over all this is an example why unions really make it hard to get rid of just bad over all employees. It’s sad, I usually never leave reviews but I have to as this is ridiculous service over all.

they never answer the phone! I hate it!!!! They have the worst customer service ever, and the manager has no education is lazy and always in a bad mood! They delivered a package i was waiting for, to the wrong address!!!!! and i never recovered it and they didn’t try helping. i lost $126 in that package. I hate that post office staff. The people working there needs to get fired. New people with real customer service experience needs to be hired!

Rude people. Called 4 times. Got hung up on 4 times. Have not delivered mail in 2 days. Always damaging packages. Worst place to deal with ever. Too bad that don’t have a negative numeric option. -10 for customer service -100 for delivering mail

Rude ass black women!! Telling customers to write in English! .... When they can't even speak English. If you ask me, this is why I pressure people to go "STAMPLESS" people like these lazy ass wholes, need to go JOBLESS to appreciate how good they have it! Try FEDEX, UPS its cheaper and less stressful!!!

The ATTITUDES omg! I will NEVER step foot at this location again! I don’t care if I have to drive 10 extra miles uh uh this location is horrible.
