The staff at this location are very unprofessional and need to re-train on how to provide excellent customer service.  I have witnessed more than once their lack of customer service, especially from a supervisor. The wait time for picking up packages is extremely long, there have been times where I have waited over an hour.  Some one from corporate should visit this facility and follow up on the performance & service that is poorly being demonstrated overall.

Terrible place. It’s always dirty and the staff exhibits zero professionalism. Picking up a package takes an hour or longer. I would give this place a negative 50 if I could.

They are ridiculous!!!! First of all there aren’t any pens available. I waited on line for about 30 minutes, all I needed to to was a certified mail for my company. I simply asked to borrow a pen so I can quickly write the address on the slip at the window, as she weighs the package, and the response I got was “I only have 1 pen and you can’t do anything at the window you should have had your stuff ready.” Rude, unprofessional, horrible customer service, and I don’t understand how a place of business don’t provide the common pen for their customers that they suppose to be servicing. Waist of time on my part, this branch office need to re-evaluate their staffs.

Why does (almost) every USPS employee (female) have to be so ghetto and so unprofessional? The staff at this location have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS! They are nasty. I witnessed a female employee arguing with a customer, the customer was not even nasty she just made a mistake of the total of what she asked for, they start going back and forth because the customer didn't speak very good english. The employee even told her to shut up then starts joking about it with her colleague and laughing like it was some kind of joke. All loud, every customer in there heard her. REALLY??? The supervisor was helping me out at the time with my packages and she was extremely sweet, I can't believe she didn't jump in to stop her rude worker If I were her supervisor I would have written her up on the spot!! Thats not the way to treat customers!!  And the mailman hates to do his/her job so they just leave the slip for you to pick up your packages at the post office instead of bringing your package to your door. This month of December that's what they did with ALL my packages while I was at home all day waiting for them, then they CLAIM "no one was home",  then I had to go to the post office and wait an hour and half each time to pick up my packages.
