Very poor re-delivery service! Initially I was placing re-delivery request online, and it worked fine: I was getting my mail on the requested date. Now It does not work at all: online requests are just ignored, and I was not receiving any packages on requested date. In best scenario, they were redelivered on other date (not the requested one). In addition, I was not notified about missed delivery several times, and several of my packages were returned back to sender. I'm very unsatisfied with this office service, it needs better management.

star because I cannot give it ZERO Stars. It's an under serviced location, but it represents more individuals demographically than any other post office in the Bronx. Inquiry window staff drag their feet. On every occasion I have had to wait on line for excessive times to pick up a package. Missing mail, which USPS alert emails claim package is out for delivery.  Delivery notice slips  left at my apartment door with tracking numbers which do not correspond to USPS tracking applications via automated phone.  No automated secondary delivery attempts. You have to sacrifice your entire Saturday morning to pickup parcel. It feels as though I am in a third world country. I normally do not bother with reviews, but can no longer sit idle for such lousy service.

My package has been sitting in the office for 3 weeks. I'm not in the state, and I ordered something for my sick dad. I posted redeliveries with the missing apt # information as a note for the carrier. I called in to usps customer service to redeliver my package twice. My package was never redelivered on both of the scheduled days. When you call the local office, no one ever picks up. Why are you working if you cant do the job? I've called to mamy times for them to send back to the sender and of course no one picks up. Less than 1 star.

The absolute worse place. It doesn't even deserve a star. You better hope you are home when your package comes back the Inquiry window will you waiting almost an hour to pick up your package. I even given up on getting a package because I was tired of coming here to see long ridiculous lines and waits. No wonder the Post Office is dying.

They open late, even though the opening time for Saturday is 6 am!! Liars, called the 800 they said the branch has 6 am opening time. By 8 am 40 people in the line to pick up mail. Unbelievable! Do not have any mail sent to this location. Terrible!!!!!! Incompetents.
