Bad very bad customer services... this place is horrible i will never ever going back there

I don't know why, but whenever I visit this particular Post office I feel uncomfortable. There's no greetings or customer service etiquette. I find my self accommodating this rude guy, so that I can get my transactions done. Otherwise, I had observed that there's is going to be a struggle between him and the customer. Another thing I had witnessed is that this guy walks away from a line a people and disappears for long periods of times. He will seat there and play with his phone while you are waiting on line and only will take care of you when he feels like it. I would say that attitude is detrimental for the success of any business. 🤔😩

This post office workers are unfriendly and they don’t a minimum utility for the customers such as pens and tape you have to bring your own stuff

Terrible service, and bad attitudes. Especially the male. He always has an ugly face when he is so handsome. I wanted to curse his handsome ass out for having a bad attitude. On top of that. He charged me for 21 stamps when i only wanted 4. So i had to go back and get my 17 stamps that i paid for but never asked for. But he had the nerve to have an attitude.... Smh. He acts as if everyone can heard thur that bullet proof glass window. If we ask huh because we can't hear i saw him give a look as if he didn't want to repeat himself. He needs to get his act together. Don't treat everybody the same.

Horrible worker's,  they always claim they have no access to my building and my packages are never delivered.  I always request my delivery when I am off from work and I wait at home all day for my package . They are lazy and rude workers.
