My family and I recently took a road trip to a family reunion across the country. The car I had reserved was not available at pickup but Enterprise was good enough to upgrade us to a bigger vehicle at no extra charge.  Along our trip one of our blinker lights had gone out, and we were able to find the nearest Enterprise rental locations along our way where they exchanged it out immediately. The trip was a success and the kids were happy to be home after a 3 week car trip.  Best price I could find. I would recommend Enterprise to anyone.

I recently rented a mid-size SUV from Enterprise.  The representatives on both ends of the trip were very polite and friend and most professional.  The car was flawless and ran perfectly.  I couldn't have had a nicer experience.  I've used Enterprise before and have always had a positive experience.  I would recommend Enterprise without hesitation!

We flew into RDU for our honeymoon and several rental agencies would not rent us a car because we are 23 and did not have a credit card. We were about to fly back home and we tried Enterprise. We walked up and Victoria greeted us with a warm smile and friendly attitude. I explained our situation and asked if she could rent us a car fully expecting another "no". To our surprise she said that it would not be an issue and she would be happy to assist us. The whole process was very painless and she let us choose any car on the lot! Thank you Victoria and Enterprise for saving our honeymoon!

Hardly any wait at the counter. Everybody was pleasant and polite. No pushing for upgrades or extras. Had to wait for a car but when the class I rented  wasn't available they gave me a free upgrade! Car was clean and new.  Return was fast. Almost all Enterprise rental car branches are reliable but really liked this one. I will definitely rent from them again since I plan on returning to RDU frequently in the future.

Overall, I was relatively pleased with my experience. The staff at the RDU location were friendly and professional on both drop off and pick up. I want to be clear that the staff on site was fantastic; I do have one complaint however. I had reserved a compact car (over a month in advance) and upon arrival there was only one compact car available, and it had little to no rear view visibility. Even the employee stated he understood, as he had already had someone return that exact vehicle after driving it for a while because of the terrible visibility. This seems somewhat like a scam to get customers to bump up to the next payment level on the spot. I will definitely think twice about renting from Enterprise again.
