Personally speaking this is the best post office in Manhattan and the only location I will go to even though it is out of my way. I have had two passports processed here by a very kind woman on both occasions and it was smooth sailing both times. Great employee at the passport service window.

Some employee lady ( kdxxxx Id known from receipt) helped me very much. She gave me details of priority mails regular and express. She helped me with the labels and payment even without my request. She was greeting everybody at that time. I will like go to again there if I need. But remember every person is different may be next time one has to face some rude employee.

Been going here for years. Look up online everything because they know nothing ...
Especially for International shipping.

The girl just told me it was not possible to send packages to the UK!!!! I mean seriously ... it was going to London, she had never heard of it! I had to redo the line and see someone else that did it cause she would not! (She also wasn’t into looking at her coworker to learn how to...) 

Total wait 2 hours for 1 tiny package ...
Now you know why fedex and ups are popular!

Keep in mind that this is only my personal at this Postal office.
I was very happy and totally surprise with the service I received at this location.The lady behind the counter was super nice and very helpful.  to be honest I wasn't expecting much, just the usual long lines and unhappy personnel, and  I encounter the total opposite.   Next time I find the need to go to the postal office this will be the place to go.

Best post office ever very reliable very helpful they do everything good is just a small place that they they help you they give you information and customer service on the phone is amazing to it just sometimes they might be busy and they pick don't pick up the phone right away.
