Easiest car rental ever. Professional and courteous staff. Beautiful van, suited our needs. Would recommend and would use again.

Worst experience ever. My boyfriend and I are on vacation in Cocoa Beach and decided to rent a car. We called and made a reservation and walked 30 min to the location and the did not have our reservation,  the two people (man and woman maybe in their 30s) behind the counter were very unprofessional and not helpful whatsoever. Arguing with us and plain out said, "we were wrong". I've worked in customer service my entire working career and have never seen someone get treated the way we did. I DO NOT recommending this place. Especially on vacation.

Came in with an Enterprise rental car that was unsafe and they told me it wasn't their problem because it came from a different location. Car left me stranded on highway 5 minutes later.

If I could give zero stars, I would. My family was trying to evacuate hurricane Irma, so we went online and reserved one of the SUVs that we would be able to fit our whole family in. The next day we went in to get our car, but they wouldn't honor our reservation. The man was extreamly rude, he said that he didn't have any SUVs, he didn't care what the website said the website had no bearing on him, he had only had these eight cars that were too small for our family, and we could either rent them or get out. He wouldn't even call another location to see if they had the car we needed. It was overall, a terrible experience.

This location is run by a bunch of jerks , zero customer service , rude people that hang up on you for asking basic questions. I don't understand how they even stay in business.
