I have to say the staff is very nice. It's my first ever experience renting a car/van and I know it will cost me some money. I'm ready for that But how I wish they will fix all the paper works upfront with the total before going out at the parking lot to offer you more charges and be honest about it.

Representatives were very kind and gracious. Car was very clean and well maintained. I received the vehicle with 3/4 of a tank of gas. I returned the vehicle with a full tank of gas, since it is very difficult too judge how much fuel is needed to return with 3/4  of a tank of gas. I received No credit for the additional fuel! I am sure I would have been charged if I returned the vehicle with only a 1/2 a tank of fuel.  There should be some Quid Pro Quo!

Very friendly staff that goes out of their way to make your rental experience a great one. I wish other businesses customer service were on par with these people. Five stars.

The staff was charismatic and prompt. The car smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, evidently common for rental cars in this area.

Ordered a suburban or equal. Got standard expedition which is not the same size...  The Expedition XL is closer but still not the same size.  I say this because I did get a nail in my tire and they switched out the standard for the XL. There was another foot or two in the XL.
