Friendly staff, awesome "economy" car, and seamless, expeditious, and no-hassle transitions (pick-up/drop-off).  Worth an additional star is the quick resolution for my I absentmindedly turning in my own set of keys with the rental one.  It took one call to customer service—albeit one that took more than 5 minutes on hold, waiting for a representative; the next day, I got a call from this local office to confirm my home address in Los Angeles.  After that, I was told my keys would be in the mail that same evening.  Very much appreciated.

Excellent fastbrake service.  Recommend using this service.  Decent vehicles to choose from including hybrids.  Only downfall is you have to take shuttle to get to and from rental office from airport.

The check-in process was extremely fast and the rep did not try to upsell me to much on extras. The car is nice but could have been cleaned a bit better.

The service agent signed me up for the added insurance policy after I told her no. After I saw an added $200 on my bank statement I called to see what this was about. Customer service was unresponsive. Initially they offered to reduce charge by 20%, then 50%. After asking to talk to a supervisor they said someone would call me back. No one ever did. When I called back a few days later they told me the supervisor denied giving me a full refund and could only offer 50%off. Lesson: don't trust the employee to fill out forms correctly and don't expect budget to fix their mistakes. Look elsewhere for more friendly customer service.

Great cars for a decent price. The staff were helpful and cheerful. I'll definitely be renting here again!
