Every few months my significant other and I rent a car for a week from Enterprise. WE LOVE IT! Super easy as long as you are prepared. I only have a bank account and not a credit card so I have to provide a few extra easy to get items but those are super easy to get. The only confusing/negative thing about Enterprise when you do use your bank you have to have a deposit that they reimburse you after you return the vehicle is that we never know how much to plan for. One time it was $75 and another it was $100. When you're trying to travel on a budget that can be frustrating. We work with it cause it's the best deal and easy to work with and who can beat unlimited miles when you travel as much as we do.

UPDATE: Enterprise contacted me about the issues I had. They listened and adjusted my bill for what I thought was an overbilling. Thank you for listening.

The car was unwashed, litter throughout and empty of fuel. Didn't notice until I left they marked it as full fuel. I call back and the agent said he would alter the contract. Not sure he did that because I was charged almost all of my deposit. I didn't call them about it instead I will use the neighborhood Hertz that is close. I never had these problems with Hertz.

I have been a customer of Enterprise since 1998, had a few problems here and there, it was not the problems. it was how the great people at Enterprise took care of the problems, first class experience all the way! I keep coming back! Great people and great experience!
