I've never had an issue with Enterprise until my last trip with them. Our rental car broke down (completely stopped working; the tow guy said it was likely one of the belts snapping; it could have ended up in a serious accident) while we were on a busy highway. The person I talked to at roadside assistance was not very helpful (and gave the tow guy really bad directions) and told us that we would have to wait up to 90 minutes sitting on the side of an overpass on an extremely busy highway where cars were going 70-80 mph. So much for their slogan of picking you up wherever you are. It was late, so the only Enterprise in the area was the airport, about 30 minutes of backtracking for us--we were traveling across states. When I tried to called the main Enterprise line to get in touch with the airport office to make sure they'd have a car for us, the lady tried to give me the phone number to write down--while I was in the car on the side of the road--and after telling her I wasn't in a situation to do that, she tried to transfer me (which she should have done from the start), but the line was busy and sent her to the automated system. It was a mess. The only plus to the whole situation was that the tow guy was super nice and the woman at the airport office was lovely and made sure we had a new car (an actual new car, not just a different one from before). And after all of that, Enterprise only took one day off of our bill.

They came and picked me up from the body shop. The gentleman who picked me up was friendly and hilarious. The staff in general was awesome. They did the utmost best to get me what I needed quickly.

I called in advance to get a pick up and the person I was speaking to did not seem as if he wanted to be there. He told me that I had to contact another location based on zoning when I had already had my reservation booked for this location. He did not look up my reservation or address to see how close it was to this location he just threw me off to another location. Needless to say I canceled my reservation and will not rent from enterprise in the future. If you don't want to work stay home!

I would never ever rent a vehicle there ever again the best place to go to is on Skibo Road they will help you these people don't have no respect for you so do not go to Bragg Boulevard Enterprise
