Two rentals within three weeks due to my own car in for minor collision repair and both rentals were given with no fuel both far below empty. No floor mats on top of that in the other. UGH! Come on Enterprise you are better than this. Outside of the fuel issue the staff was incredible. I remember Matt, and the guy with the "BIG WATCH". Get the fuel issue together and you will have a completly happy customer, apology excepted to the young lady who tried to make things right Thank You. -Fortune

Excellent customer service. Picking up the vehicle and returning it took less than 10 minutes. The car was clean easy to handle. Everything was explained to us in great detail. We will return in thr very near future.

I had a little bit of an issue with my reservation details.  Matt H really stepped up and provided exceptional customer service to smooth out the problems.  David, the pickup and drop-off driver, was both friendly and professional.  These two individuals did a great job representing the Enterprise brand and I look forward to renting from this location again in the future.

The Enterprise in Raeford practically ruined our family trip by ignoring a reservation that was put in months prior for a specfic type of vehicle. Aleah at this location was amazing!! She was able to fix the issue and get us the vehicle we needed. Thank you Aleah!!

The staff of this establishment was quick efficient and were able to get me into a replacement vehicle in a minimal amount of time. I'm very happy with the service provided and the professionalism.
