I’d give this place zero stars if that was an option. DO NOT attempt to rent a car here if you actually want a car. I rented a car online 5 days prior to the day I was going to pick it up. When I showed up at noon (which was the time I had specified I’d pick it up), I was informed that they had no cars, but they would call me soon when one arrived. 6 hours later, I was still waiting for a call. When I arrived at closing time, they simply shrugged and informed me that they had no car for me and no plans to do anything about attempting to get me one. Not having a car for my weekend trip was bad enough, but the nonchalant attitude of the employees added insult to injury. Rock bottom customer service!

Follow-up one week later: Daija deserves employee of the year! She was polite, professional, helpful, and most importantly of all, FRIENDLY!!!! Got me a car quickly and efficiently. If she were the only employee,
I couldn’t recommend this place enough!

Called enterprise today at 1100 am, no cars available but said they would pick me up around 3pm when car would be available.  I had to call them but they said they could not pick me up because I was outside there area. They made arrangements for another nearby enterprise to pick me up. They didn't call back either. I called the other enterprise 2 times. They called me back at 4:30 saying they would come pick me up. I called them back at 6 pm but nobody answered, closed at 6 according to the recorded message. It is now 6:25 and no ride or courtesy phone call. I will never trust enterprise for a ride again. Taking my business elsewhere. Not one, but two of enterprise's stores failed to deliver. The slogan, "the company that picks you up" is just an empty promise. Fail.

I don't know why anyone would rent from other companies. Enterprise always comes through with great customer service and price.Daija and Maria where absolutely amazing and went above and beyond.

Customer service is non existent. We moved out pick up time for our car back to 8am, were told that would be fine. We showed up at 8 to find out the location doesn’t even open till 9! Then, upon speaking to a very rude branch manager, we found out they never moved our reservation in the first place, leaving pick up at noon. We were told by Maria, the branch manager, that she didn’t have time to fix the issue because she had other customers. Oh, and if you escalate your issue to a district manager, you can’t speak to one for 48 hours.

Great, HONEST business. Had a misunderstanding in our agreement and they refunded me for the services I didn't want. They were friendly and incredibly helpful. 10/10 Would rent again.
