I actually did not buy a car from Brown's Alexandria, as I ended up purchasing a Subaru, but I had such a positive experience with my salesperson Benjamin I felt it worthy of a review.  Benjamin was really knowledgeable about the CX-5 we test drove.  He wasn't pushy or aggressively trying to sell me a car.  He did follow-up with me after the test drive (as expected, since he asked if he could), and we even pleasant to me when I told him I purchased a Subaru.  If/when I'm in the market for a Mazda, I would certainly go back to this dealership.

I want to thank Browns Mazda and its staff for the excellent service I received from them yesterday. When I arrived I was assisted by Anthony! He was by far amazing. Very respectful and understanding to my needs. He got me in the RIGHT car for me and my family. Manager Chad was also very warm and understanding and gave me a deal I could not refuse!!! Bob was great and advised me in the right direction to help my family's budget! I am so thankful for the service I received from Browns Mazda. This is the 2nd vehicle I have bought from them and I am sure to go back for another! I will defiantly refer my friends and family to this great staff!!! Thanks for getting me in a great car! :)

I don't think I've ever had a positive experience with the Alexandria or Fairfax Location. I brought in my car for a service recall at 8AM, and was told it would be done by the end of the day. They call me later to tell me they don't have all of the parts, and they will have to hold it through the weekend since the Information Display was broken (BS, it worked fine on the way in).  
Then when I picked it up, they handed me their Full-Circle inspection showing that my transmission fluid needed changing. BS, they did that the week prior. Turns out they just copied over the old sheet from my last visit instead of performing the inspection again. 2 minutes after I brought this up, the whole inspection magically done again. Amazingly, the last inspection of the brakes had gone from yellow, to green, with no work being done on them. 
To hammer the nail, as I was driving away, I noticed that EVERYTHING from my center console had been removed and was scattered around the rear of my car.  
Unless absolutely necessary, I will never bring my car here for service again.

Update 1/19/18: brought my car in to get a couple dashboard warning lights checked out for a $130 fee. A few hours later I get a call saying they need to replace the brake light sensor, which will cost ~$475. A brake light sensor costs $20 from any auto shop, and takes 10 minutes to replace. Absolute scam

My wife and I really appreciated the experience we had at Brown’s Mazda. We walked in at night and were promptly attended to. The car transaction went smoothly, no hassle. The entire team was polite and helpful. We are very happy. Thank you!

I recently purchased my new used Car with Browns Mazda in Alexandria and my experience was great! Rhudy Botbol was my sales man and is extremely helpful and had exceptional customer service skills. Everyone else was very kind and helpful as well.  I am very happy with the service I received.
