I can't speak highly enough of our experience with Joe at Angela Krause. He answered all of our questions promptly, he was professional and truly kind. At NO point did it feel like I was working with a "car salesman". He genuinely cared for my family, and wanted to see us happy. Initially we feared the deal was too good to be true based on the low pricing, after taking the Odyssey to an independent auto shop for inspection, they told us they could literally find anything wrong with the car. We truly got a deal! And couldn't be happier with the whole purchasing experience!

This is the second car I have leased from this leadership and it continues to be the best dealership I have ever dealt with.  They have the highest of customer relations !!  The ease of working out  the contract details and the knowledge of my salesman, Arman , was superb and dealing with Evan in the Finance Dept. was very comfortable and excellent.  All in all I would, without question, go to them with future purchases..

I've purchased 2 cars here - both ford.  The escape had significant transmission work done on more than  one occasion.  My 2011 Fiesta has had its clutch replaced 3 times - it needs yet another clutch.  We are just outside of the 12 month warranty and the dealership wants $2000 to fix.  That's more than the car is worth.  The folks here are nice enough, but FORD SUCKS.

I just had a great experience with this dealership!!! I got a great deal on a new vehicle and top dollar for my trade. Totally hassle free and stress free with every step of the process. Everyone was so patient and kind, and are very committed to meeting YOUR needs and finding what YOU want to buy, not what they want to sell. They are also members of the Costco Auto Club, so if you're a Costco member check that out before you go. When it's time for a new car, I hope you'll visit Angela Krause, I'm glad I did!!! And ask for Matt Cabena!!! You won't be disappointed I promise!!!

I found my visit to Angela Krause very pleasant. My wife arrived ahead of me and our salesperson, Joe Nasser,  had the vehicle described pulled to the front when I arrived. When it came time to negotiate I found them very reasonable and Joe was very easy to work with. I also had the most professional and pleasant finance experience with Zack Krause.

Just went in for my 5,000 mile service and the experience was also 5-star.
