When I went to pick up my car there on 9/9/17 there was only one service writer collecting money... and writing orders.  There were seven sets of people in line in front of me.  I waited about 12 minutes and the service writer was still working on writing the order for the first customer.  A person claiming to be manager , Mike,  asked me what was going on and I told him they needed a cashier to take in money.  That's not how they do it.  He just wandered off and did nothing.  A good store needs to be efficient at one things for sure... getting the customer's money.  After 30 minutes in line I left, mad.  I returned nearer closing time and got my car.  Huge inconvenience.  They didn't even apologize.   Apparently they think that is acceptable treatment.  I had an $1100 repair.... this wasn't just an oil change.  It was on a top of the line Corvette.  The car was filthy when I picked it up... they left it outside and didn't wash it.  I won't be back.

Received a Great Run down on exactly what was wrong with my vehicle. Items still under warranty were taken care of and other items in need of repair were reasonably priced. Staff was courteous and professional. I really appreciated Tim Phillips recognition of my Military Service! We just moved into the area from Illinois and we have found our new dealership for our two Chevy vehicles! Hooah

My service advisor, Tim, was incredibly helpful and informative. The service team took care of my issue in a timely manner and my wife was able to work in the customer lounge while she waited. Great, friendly service all around!

The service that I received at the AutoNation Chevrolet Northpoint  facility was fantastic.  Service Manager Nick Dudley , and his service techs had the car serviced, repaired and finished in less than two hours !  ( or by my second cup of coffee in their plush waiting area).  Not only that , but the repairs came in BELOW  the original estimate given to me !! Be assured... they have a satisfied customer for the life of  my Chevy Impala .

I made an appointment for 11am, but upon arrival, I was told they wouldn't be able to get my truck back until 2pm. Bad start. My driver's side rear window wasn't rolling up/down. I had already removed the paneling, so a technician just had to look in and see the issue. Was told I needed a new motor/regulator which would run $250 + labor put the total bill at $505. I called a friend who is a GM distributor and he said the motor/regulator was $112. Labor would have taken no longer than one hour. There is a fine line between making a profit and ripping people off. Needless to say, I bought the part from my friend for $112 and did it myself. Hope y'all sleep tight at night.
