I purchased two new vehicles from United BMW Roswell in the past 3 months and I had a wonderful experience with each of them. I was given a great price on both vehicles without hassle, top notch service when returning for the break-in inspection, and an absolutely wonderful experience with my CA Billy Futey. If you're looking to buy an M vehicle in Atlanta he's your guy! EDIT: 2017. After years of being a happy customer at United BMW they have lost my business with the new management in place. They no longer put clients first but simply the bottom-line. I would suggest to anyone wanting a BMW in Atlanta to go to a different dealer.

I’ll try to cut this as short as possible.. My car received its regular maintenance just a few weeks ago not too long after I was driving and my low coolant light came on and my car overheated and leaving me on the side of the highway. I ended up having to get my car towed to the dealership. I understand mistakes happen and when I first spoke to the service manager (Bryan) I was told that he would investigate as to what happened and in the meantime put me in a loaner vehicle while he found out why the coolant wasn’t topped off and take care of the situation since my car is still under warranty. Later that day I was called by service advisor (Alex) saying that a debris rock is what has caused my car to overheat and it’s would be $700+ to repair... I told him to show me the proof of what exactly they found and he could not. Why?? Well BECAUSE the real reason why is because there was no coolant in my car when the engine overheated and it cracked the radiator and I should NOT have to be responsible for the damage. I told Alex I would be more comfortable talking to Bryan about these ridiculous charges. He said that he would update him and tell him to call me the next morning.. over a week later and I still have not had anyone ever reach out to me.. my car is still in the shop.. I’m still in a loaner car.. and NOBODY seems to care. I understand the service dept gets busy but my car has been there for over a week now! this is getting ridiculous.. I have always brought my car here since I purchased a maintenance plan with my car so I will most definitely update this review when someone actually decides to take care of their loyal customers.

Okay... Okay! I told the young man, Kennedy Adams that I'd leave a Google Review detailing my experience with him and United BMW. Well, I give them 5 stars for a few reasons. Reason one, they were able to deal with me. I am the true definition of Type A, I thank the Army for that. Secondly, I was able to find the car I wanted for a great price. Lastly, we agreed on a couple items (display key and head phones), and the young man delivered. The headphones were agreed on AFTER I signed the dotted line. I hope that doesn't get him in trouble. I am thinking about trading my Range Rover in the near future.. when I do, I'll be sure to check out United BMW first.

The service department is HORRIBLE. It takes 2-3 hours to drop my car off WITH an appointment. I always schedule appointments online and arrive 15 minutes early only to sit in the waiting area for almost an hour past my appointment time, 30-40 minutes to check me in, and another hour for a loaner car, which may or may not be available. This last visit was the last straw! I scheduled an appointment for 2:00pm and arrived at 1:45pm. My advisor did not see me until 2:40 and the Loaner car that I arranged to have was not available. It was another 40 min before enterprise (next door) arrived, to take me to their facility, to rent me an ant infested car. In all it took me two and a half hours just to drop off my car. When I was finally seen at 2:40, I spoke to my advisor about replacing a cracked wheel. I have the third-party warranty they push down your throat when purchasing a car. My contract with the warranty company specifically states that if the wheel is damaged to the point that it will not hold air it should be replaced with an original wheel as supplied by the manufacturer. I clearly and specifically stated this to my advisor. A full week later, I get a voice message from my advisor stating he sent my wheel off to someone to have it repaired. He continued by stating he waived all fees to me as if he was doing me a favor. A representative and her supervisor at the warranty company stated that he called in and stated he wanted approval for a repair he didn’t ask to have the damaged wheel replaced. The Supervisor read over my warranty contract and agreed the wheel should have been replaced! Not only was I entitled to a new wheel under my warranty but my deductible does not apply to wheel and tire replacement, so there there was not fee to be waived! So, what was offered to me for this screw up? Well the adviser offered to SELL me the wheel at a 15% discount. A wheel that was fully covered by my warranty and should have been placed on my car at no cost to me! Just Horrible! If I could give negative stars I would!

I went in to get a recalled airbag replaced and I had a super experience. They treated me just like any other valuable customer even though I was getting a free service. They still washed my car at the end like they do for paying customers. I was very impressed. There were tons of people there for appointments and I still got out of there quickly.
